Astra Lumiere has a 30-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.

 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@astralumiere.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions explaining how to send us your package. For exchanges, it is recommended to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
