What types of jewellery does Astra Lumiere offer?

Our jewellery is made from gold-plated stainless steel, designed to be as resilient as it is beautiful. Whether you’re at work, out with friends, or just enjoying some downtime, Astra Lumiere’s pieces are made to stay as brilliant as the day you first put them on. What is the return policy for items purchased from Astra Lumiere?

Astra Lumiere offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All pieces are also covered by our 1-year warranty. If you experience an issue with your jewellery, please contact us via email with details and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where possible, or a refund if a replacement is not suitable.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders (2–5 business days), with express delivery available for £3.45 (1–2 business days). EU shipping is £7.50 and typically arrives within 5–10 business days. All EU orders totalling under 150EUR are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning VAT is included at checkout and no additional charges should be due upon delivery. In the unlikely event that customs fees are incorrectly applied, please contact us and we will resolve this for you. For orders over 150EUR, customs fees will likely be applicable.

International shipping outside of the UK & EU is £12.00, with delivery typically taking 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel. For any delivery queries, please contact us at info@astralumiere.com.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@astralumiere.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions explaining how to send us your package. For exchanges, it is recommended to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will always resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will assist you with the cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to go through the return process.
